E-SHOP:
Executives at North Miami Beach-based MyShoppingCenter.com, a facilities-based provider of broadband data and networking services to retail shopping centers and merchants, signed a letter of intent with Regency Realty Corp. to deploy broadband services for a portfolio of properties. Regency owns, operates and develops grocery-anchored, neighborhood retail centers in the US.

E-CLUB:
SamsClub.com, the e-site for Sam's Club depot stores, will now offer "click & pull" services in Miami. Sam's Club members will be able to order merchandise via the site and pick up what they purchase at local Sam's Club stores, executives say. Details: SAMSClub.com.

MUSIC LAUNCH: LaMusica.com, a Latin music and entertainment site, will host a launch party at 10 tonight (10/12) at Bash, 655 Washington Ave., Miami Beach. The site, promoters say, was created in partnership with America Online. Details: (305) 538-2274.


HOST VENUE:
Miami-based iNNERHOST, a provider of managed hosting and application services, has opened a data center at 2300 NW 89th Place in Doral, company officials say. The 100,000-square-foot facility houses the latest Microsoft infrastructure technology. Details: iNNERHOST.com.

BUILDING UP: E-Builder.com, a Boca Raton-provider of Internet-based construction management applications, has formed a management advisory board. The nine-member board was formed to establish exchange between e-builder management, customers and industry experts, promoters say. Some members are Robert Cox of the University of Florida School of Building Construction and Pat M. Lanza, an executive with McGraw-Hill Construction.


E-DESIGN: Executives have launched Fort Lauderdale-based Cinwin.com. The company, officials say, specializes in the development of the architecture, creative design and interactive elements of websites for technology and telecommunications companies. Details: (954) 565-7000.


SECOND DEBUT: UnoDosTres.com, an online television network for Spanish and Portuguese-speakers, will re-launch its site Oct. 15. The Miami-based site has been re-constructed to include more channels and options, company executives say.


DOUBLE CONTRACT: Coral Springs-based PNV, a communications and information provider to the trucking and logistics industry, signed an agreement with Contract Freighters Inc., which operates more than 2,000 tractors and more than 6,000 trailers. PNV will equip Contract's terminals with its technology, promoters say.
