   Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen is currently seeking to nominate qualified young men and women who wish to serve in the armed forces by attending West Point, Annapolis, the US Air Force Academy, and the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. Each applicant must be a U.S. citizen between 17 and 22 years old, a resident of Florida's 18th Congressional district and a high school graduate before July 1, 2003.
