ART Thursday 3/3 ONE WOMAN ART SHOWThe Biscayne Nature Center presents Judith Saylor in a one woman art show. Including acrylic nature paintings on canvas and greeting cards. ONGOING ART MUSEUMS Thursday 3/3 IDEAS OF TIMEThe Patricia & Phillip Frost Art Museum presents the work of Arizona photographer Mark Klett. The exhibit, Ideas About Time, is a representation of the changing environment. Details: (305) 348-2890 or www.frostmuseum.org. DELUXE The Museum of Contemporary Art presents DeLuxe, a portfolio by Ellen Gallagher. The exhibit also features drawings and 16mm video projections. In her newest work Ms. Gallagher explores race, identity and transformation. DeLuxe is comprised of 60 framed multiples that create a large-scale abstract. STITCHES IN TIME The Museum of Contemporary Art presents Louise Bourgeois: Stitches in Time. The exhibition features more than 20 pieces including lifesize busts in sewn fabric, totemic figures and wood and bronze sculptures. CLASSIC POSTERS The Lowe Art Museum hosts the first public showing of the Wine Spectator Collection of vintage posters created during France's Belle Epoque in the 1890s. Featuring artists such as Toulouse-Lautrec, Villon, Bonnard, Steinlen, Mucha and Cheret. The exhibition examines artists after World War II in Europe, South America and North America turned to geometric abstraction as a springboard for experimentation, featuring over 120 works by 85 artists from 20 countries. GERMAN ART The Bass Museum of Art features finished public art projects by the artists Christo and Jeanne-Claude. Exhibition features sketches, collages, maps, topography, and fabric used in installations, and will be complemented by the screening of five films about the artists.
