THE HAITIAN SPIRIT
   Three simultaneous exhibitions display selections from filmmaker Jonathan Demme's Haitian art collection, photographer Bruce Weber's series documenting Haitian life in Miami and a group of works from the museum's private collection. GAY PRIDE
   ArtCenter South Florida presents a photography-based exhibition featuring artists Alex Heris, George Lebar and Blakey Ross and photographers Phillip Ross Munro, Lara Stein Pardo and Ivan Molina. ARTISTS-IN-RESIDENCE
   Art Center South Florida has launched an exhibition titled "Meter," which uses a parking meter as inspiration for works of varying media that reflect the artists' relationships with traffic, parking and notions of time cycles. Featured artists include Maria Jose Arjona, Magnus Sigardurson, Patrick De Castro, Ena Marrero, Kathy Kissick, David Leroi, Melissa Ruffino, Blakey Ross, Jonathan Peck and Kevin Tarasuk. 7-10 p.m. opening reception, with exhibition through July 31 at Art Center, 800 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach. FLORIDA ARTISTS

MARKING TIME
