Albert E. Dotson up to his eyeballs in pigskin as leader of Miami's Orange Bowl, Super Bowl host committees

Football is going to beat the forefront this year in the life of Miami lawyer Albert "Al" Dotson Jr. The co-chairman of the host committee for Super Bowl XLI, scheduled for Feb. 2, 2007, at Dolphins Stadium, was installed as 68th president of the Orange Bowl Committee. With the Orange Bowl game and the Super Bowl to be played about a month apart, laying the groundwork for what promises to be a spectacular time for South Florida football fans and the community at large will be a major focus.
Mr. Dotson, a partner at Miami law firm Bilzin Sumberg specializing in land use and government relations, was interviewed by Miami Today international editor Michael Hayes.
