Alicia Cervera Lamadrid helps to sell Miami as a city on the move in her real estate partnership with builder

Since its founding in 1979, The Related Group of Florida under CEO Jorge Perez has emerged as Miami's leading builder of luxury condominiums, most recently in the rapidly transforming downtown area. Playing a key part in recent years by providing buyers for the high-end product is Alicia Cervera Lamadrid, the daughter of successful real estate broker Alicia Cervera.
Ms. Lamadrid, who as a child accompanied her mother on trips to construction sites and gradually learned the ins and outs of the real estate business under her mother's tutelage, now heads Related Cervera Realty Services, a partnership with Mr. Perez, in marketing some of the hottest high-end properties not only in Miami but across the tri-county area.
She was interviewed by Miami Today international editor Michael Hayes.
