Ron Esserman's belief in Carnival Center's impact on city's growth leads him to role as chief fundraiser

His passion for and faith in the Carnival Center for the Performing Arts — and the community — supersedes all recent controversy surrounding the financially flailing facility. Ron Esserman, president and CEO of Esserman Automotive Group, recently became chairman of the Performing Arts Center Foundation, charged with fundraising for the center, with a vision for a thriving downtown with the center as its driver.
