   Seventy years after Orson Welles' "War of Worlds" radio program announced the arrival of aliens at a farm in New Jersey, the Miami Design Preservation League revives the fictitious invasion.    The Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer hosts its biannual "In The Garden Gala" to raise money for cancer research. During the garden-themed gala, the Caroline W.
