Ashley Bosch looking at busy year guiding builders group as he takes on range of issues from appraisals to bank loans

With local builders and developers challenged by a shaky economy and limping real estate market, many are counting on new Builders Association of South Florida President Ashley Bosch to push for opportunity- and relief-generating legislation and pursue new areas of investments.
