HUGHES PROJECT
   The South Miami-Dade Cultural Arts Center celebrates Black History Month with a presentation of Langston Hughes' poem "Langston Hughes Project, Ask Your Mama, Twelve Moods for Jazz." The performance features an adaptation of the poem by the Ron McCurdy Quartet with celebrity spoken word artist Malcolm Jamal-Warner. In addition, DelancyHill law firm hosts its eighth annual Black History Month celebration with a VIP reception honoring Miami-Dade County Commissioner Dennis C. Moss. HEART TO HEART
   The Baptist Cardiac and Vascular Institute hosts a community program, "Heart to Heart on Health," offering screenings and life-saving information. Featuring free screenings for blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar and body composition; and a panel on heart disease. Speakers include cardiologist Jonathan Fialkow; John E.
