SUMMER ART
   The Bass Museum of Art hosts "Summer Fun @theBass," workshops for aspiring artists ages 7 to 12. This week the focus is on a "Facial Features Study." Students work with an art teacher while they experiment with a variety of media. This is a great opportunity to develop student art portfolios. 12:30 p.m. Through July 22. PERFORMANCE FESTIVAL
   The first Miami Performance International Festival is a four-day event featuring local and international performance artists showcasing their installations; along with workshops for the public.
