Big law firms, banks hunt for office sites

    Although the office market appears to offer ample opportunities for large users, tenant brokers say it's not as generous as it looks, and companies with lease expirations in 2014 and '15 are already considering their options.
   Brokers agree about 15 leases are coming due in the next three years among large class-A tenants targeting the downtown-Brickell office market. Among those with requirements of 25,000 square feet or more who were already out there kicking the tires at the end of the third quarter, Jones Lang LaSalle's Miami Office Outlook lists Shutts & Bowen (70,000 square feet), HSBC (70,000 square feet), White & Case (60,000 square feet), Fowler White (45,000 square feet), Weil Law Firm (up to 35,000 square feet) and Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart (25,000 square feet).
