JAZZ AT MOCA
Jazz at MOCA welcomes one of Haitian pianist, arranger and composer Mushy Widmaier for a free outdoor performance. ELLINGTON'S NUTCRACKER
The Henry Mancini Institute Orchestra presents a dance-inspired program "Terence Blanchard Presents: A Concert of American Music" featuring Duke Ellington's "Nutcracker Suite." The program also features Aaron Copland's "Appalachian Spring," a ballet suite for 13 instruments; and two world premieres by Henry Mancini Composition Fellows, David Pegel "The Pilgrim" and Rafael da Lima de Piccolotto "Asa, Zóio e Matulăo."
