On call for ex-hospital: luxury villas

Developers and Milanese architect Piero Lissoni unveiled plans for the former Miami Heart Institute site at a private dinner and exhibition last week at Ironside Design Complex.
Lionheart Capital LLC, a Miami-based realty investment firm led by partners Ricardo Dunin and Ophir Sternberg, purchased the property at 4701 N Meridian Ave. and adjacent parking lots for $20 million in February.
