Condos to rise in Beach's hottest area

    The newest development in Miami Beach's South of Fifth neighborhood yet to start construction has garnered a great deal of interest from buyers keen to snap up property in the exclusive area.
   321 Ocean, at Ocean Avenue and Third Street, has received a greater demand than units available, said Veronica Cervera of Cervera Real Estate.
   Mrs. Cervera said condos — 21 in all — are in the $1,500 per square foot price range, with some going into contract within the next two weeks.
