SBA lures outside fund managers

The US Small Business Administration is looking for a few good investment fund managers to use federal-guaranteed dollars to help provide seed money for small businesses.
The agency is inviting experienced early-stage investment fund managers to apply for licensing as Early Stage Innovation Funds as part of its Small Business Investment Company program.
