Miami sets a voting futility record

    Members of the Olympia Building Partnership Ltd. still have more waiting to do, as Miami City Manager Johnny Martinez last week put them on hold for another month, setting a record for inaction on a city resolution, according to the City Clerk's Office.
   Last week's deferral was supported by commissioners, as it had been 12 times already, only surpassed since 2003 by board appointment items, according to clerk records.
