BERLIOZ SYMPHONY
   "Echoes of Fantastique" is a combined orchestra of the Cleveland Orchestra musicians and 50 students selected by the faculty of the Frost School of Music who will rehearse and give a public reading of five new works by Frost composition students. Their compositions are based on, or inspired by, Berlioz's "Symphony fantastique." The compositions are Daniel Choi's "Scaena Ager;" Peter Learn's "Mosaique;" David Mendoza's "Awakening;" Matthew Taylor's "Three Glorious Days" and Richard Yates's "Imagined Music." 8 p.m. University of Miami Maurice Gusman Concert Hall, 1314 Miller Drive, Coral Gables.    The Philadelphia Orchestra with Yannick Nézet-Séguin as music director; Rafael Frühbeck de Burgos, guest conductor and André Watts on piano perform in "The Emperor Concerto." Score includes works by Bach, Beethoven, Brahms and Stokowski. Pre-concert talks are held for an inside look into the music, artists and composers featured in this performance. 7 p.m. at the Peacock Education in the Knight Concert Hall. 8 p.m. performance.
