MUSIC Thursday 2/7 EMPEROR CONCERTOThe Philadelphia Orchestra with Yannick Nézet-Séguin as music director; Rafael Frühbeck de Burgos, guest conductor and André Watts on piano perform in "The Emperor Concerto."
