Netherlands dives into South Florida flooding

    Flooding issues are growing a sense of urgency in Miami Beach, according to Simone Filippini, consul general for the Kingdom of the Netherlands — but, she said, the Dutch are here to help.
   Coming from a country that Ms. Filippini said is 60% below sea level, the Dutch have developed a sort of expertise when it comes to water management, and now, she says, they are using that knowledge to help Miami stay above water.
