TV star condo's price slashed

A Paramount Bay condo that was the star of a television show has been listed at the reduced price of $1 million.
Last year was the third annual HGTV Urban Oasis Giveaway, and after overhauling a condo in New York and one in Chicago, the HGTV team turned its attention to unit 2001 at Paramount Bay, at 2020 N Bayshore Drive.
