County battles $4 million Marlins claim

The list of expenses being questioned by Miami-Dade County officials related to the new Miami Marlins stadium has ballooned to 950 items with a value of $4.2 million, county officials said late Tuesday.
The county is requesting arbitration to settle the matter.
