Wal-Mart ignores city design vote

    Miami's architectural advisory panel did not have much of a say at their meeting last week with Wal-Mart officials.
   Although the panel rejected Wal-Mart's new architectural design, the company's officials are still moving forward with their project to bring the megastore to Midtown — even with disapproval from activist residents of the area.
