ART AUCTION
   The 17th annual "Spring Into Art Silent Art Auction" features 18 original works donated by featured artists on this year's theme, "Altered Landscapes." Following the auction, a raffle includes items such as a wine tasting and Judith Ripka Jewelry. ITALY IN MOTION
    The Coral Gables Museum presents exhibit "Italy in Motion," focusing on design and mobility representing Italy. Material culture, cars, motorcycles, scooters — namely the Vespa scooter — and bicycles as well as historical and contemporary photographs illustrate the country's design legacies. Exhibit through June 23. CULTURE IN STONE
   "Chapungu: Custom and Legend, a Culture in Stone" offers aspiring artists a chance to create their own masterpiece at one of several five-day workshops. Sculptor Agnes Nyanhongo leads several workshops held Tuesday through Saturday in the pavilion located in the heart of the exhibit Chapungu exhibit. No prior experience is required. March 12-16. MUSEUM NIGHT
   The Bass Museum of Art hosts its annual fundraiser "A Night at the Museum," featuring a silent auction and a private preview of exhibit "Picasso to Koons: The Artist as Jeweler," showcasing more than 200 works by 135 artists.
