Expressway tolls may be linked to CPI

The Miami-Dade Expressway Authority "expects to adopt a toll policy similar to the Florida Turnpike Enterprise's policy whereby tolls will be indexed to the Consumer Price Index," Fitch Ratings says in assigning an A- rating to $310 million in bonds the authority is to issue.
