| Insurer Bupa consolidates Latin HQ By Laura StaceA deal that marks one of the largest office leases this year in Miami will see Bupa insurance consolidate and relocate its Latin American headquarters to the Offices at Palmetto Bay Village Center. Bupa Worldwide Corp. has signed a long-term lease for 59,642 square feet at 18001 Old Cutler Road and is scheduled to move in before year's end, said Scott Sime, principal of Sime Realty Corp.
